How does a session usually work?
On the day, depending on the shoot style, we take between 30-45mins to setup.
Depending on the size of your booking, you may need to arrange a schedule for your team members with time allocations. This ensures that everyone has even time to take their photo, and your team don’t have too much down time from work.
In the Headshot Pro package, after each shoot, the individual will be able to select their photo from the computer. If additional editing has been selected, this is the time they let us know what they’d like to be altered.
Pack-down is around 30min
How long does a session take?
Our Essential Headshot package and Pro Headshot package requires 30-45 minutes of setup time, followed by a 3-10 minute Headshot per person. For high volume headshots (10 or more), it is highly recommended to create a schedule for all team members with 5-minute intervals.
What is the Difference between the Pro and Essential Package
The main differences are:
Editing: The pro delivers two edited images with color correction, skin smoothening, face shaping, eye and teeth whitening, subject punch, and different other techniques. The essential delivers only one color corrected image.
Live view: During the shooting, pro package subjects will be able to select their favourite two photos out of a monitor, essential package subjects won’t.
Background: Pro – any background, Essential – white.
Turn-around time: Pro – 7 days, Essential 3 – days
Do you come to our location?
Yes, our mobile studio travels everywhere around Melbourne. A travelling fee is required for locations above 30kms from Melbourne CBD.
What are the space and lights requirements?
Nothing to worry, we bring professional lights and backgrounds. The space required is very small: 3x3mts
Will i get to see all the photos taken on the day?
After each subject has finished their shooting time, all photos will be available to view and selection can be made.
Can I change outfit during shooting?
If the time schedule permits, you certainly can. But remember, if you select multiple photos, the add-on fee will be incurred.
Will I own the RAW file to my photo?
No, you will receive the edited file version in both High Res and Web size with full rights. If you’d like to have the RAW file, they are $100 each.
How do I receive the photos?
A link to our secure cloud will be provided for delivery. The link will stay active for 6 months
