FAQ
How many photos does the photographer take at the shoot?
We take 100’s of photos whilst shooting to ensure the correct images are captured based on your brief. Photos are then reviewed to ensure only the best photos are presented for selection by the client. These photos are provided with a watermark and only chosen images will be fully edited and provided to customer.
What file sizes will I recieve?
We deliver both high resolution digital photos around 3MB and web size for smaller requirements. If you’d like to have the RAW file, they are $100 each.
How and when do I receive the photos?
Once full payment has been made, and if final selction has been made by client, photos will be delivered within the 7 day timeframe. A link to our secure cloud will be provided for delivery. The link will stay active for 6 months
How do i confirm my booking?
Once the deposit has been paid, your booking is confirmed and locked in the calendar.
Can I change the date of booking?

How does a session usually work?
On the day, depending on the shoot style, we take between 30-45mins to setup.
Depending on the size of your booking, you may need to arrange a schedule for your team members with time allocations for each scene.
Pack-down 30min.
Headshots
Each Headshot takes 5-10min. After each shoot, the individual will be able to select their photo from the computer. If additional editing has been selected, this is the time they let us know what they’d like to be altered.z
Do you come to our location?
Yes, our mobile studio travels everywhere around Melbourne. A travelling fee is required for locations above 100kms from Melbourne CBD.
What are the space and lights requirements?
We’ll address this in your briefing meeting. We bring all the essential lighting, the equipment used will depend on the space and available natural light.
For best results, it’s essential that spaces are free from clutter and are cleaned prior.
